Helps individuals seek and apply for benefits as well as how to self-advocate for yourself! Teaches individuals all about the application process for Social Security, CalFresh, Utilities, Section 8, In-Home Services and Supports (IHSS), Public Transportation, and Healthcare.
Trains individuals on how to develop an emergency plan for an evacuation and/or shelter in place during a natural disaster.
Empowers youth with the tools they need to become independent through peer support and mentorship, expressive arts groups, financial literacy, driving simulator, volunteer opportunities and more!
Provides a safe environment free of judgment where individuals can share barriers, challenges, and positive or negative experiences. This group provides consumers with a creative outlet through art for individuals to express themselves.
A program dedicated to reducing barriers to the ballot and assists consumers with registering to vote and voting in person or by absentee ballot.
Supports consumers from their transition out of residential medical institutions into their own independent homes, provides advocacy throughout the process and much more! Need a referral? Download the link below!
