This program involves a series of meetings related to discussing transportation and access issues. Group members may discuss ideas, challenges, and solutions as staff provides education, support, and additional resources.

Supports consumers in navigating to find affordable and accessible housing. This is made possible through available housing resources in the community. 

Hana (Job Readiness)

VAAIA (Low Vision & Blind)

Designed to assist consumers with disabilities who are unemployed to gain work skills and get into the workforce through job readiness workshops, building work skills, and information & referral process.

VAAIA (Low Vision & Blind)

Designed to provide technology training to consumers who want to be independent and want to participate in getting better use of their assistive technology devices.

Assists youth 14-24 years old in their transition towards higher education, employment, and independence.

A program dedicated to reducing barriers to the ballot and assists consumers with registering to vote and voting in person or by absentee ballot.

Ho`olilo (Transition & Diversion)

 Supports consumers from their transition out of residential medical institutions into their own independent homes, provides advocacy throughout the process and much more! Need a referral? Download the link below!
